I
started by clamping a pipe in the pipe vise to form the tunnel then bending the
sheetmetal around it by hand. |

This
is what the inside of the tank looks like without the bottom welded on it. |

I
tack welded the tank shell to the tunnel I formed then made a reference point
on both sides of the tank before cutting. |

Once
I got the side to match the way I wanted I cut the curved bottom of the tank. |

a SICK tank ! This one was made for a guy in Wisconsin. |
