26" Chopper Tank
I started by clamping a pipe in the pipe vise to form the tunnel then bending the sheetmetal around it by hand.
This is what the inside of the tank looks like without the bottom welded on it.
I tack welded the tank shell to the tunnel I formed then made a reference point on both sides of the tank before cutting.
Once I got the side to match the way I wanted I cut the curved bottom of the tank.
What a SICK tank ! This one was made for a guy in Wisconsin.
Keep posted ! I'm doing a 28" FAT Chopper tank and another "BIG-D" right now !
